Let’s talk about what to expect: Responsibilities On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options. You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. This is a fast‑paced environment; you’ll need to be flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving tech and meet customer needs. Qualifications Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals. Compensation Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $15.65 - $17.54 per hour, plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Working 20-24 hours per week, average total compensation is $30,725 per year, variable by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
