Coffee Shop Lead

Coffee Shop Coordinator

Under supervisory direction from the Supervisor Coffee Shop, this position coordinates the Coffee Shop area of the Recreation Center and assist in other areas at the Recreation Center as needed.

• Training Baristas and responsible for the total quality control of the Coffee Shop
• Reconcile all monies and discrepancies as per Company Policy
• Manage and maintain equipment in the Coffee Shop
• Maintain positive customer relations specifically in the Coffee Shop area and throughout the Recreation Center
• Remain current with all certifications, trends in industry, and safety standards
• Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Promote a marketing plan for the ongoing development of the Coffee Shop
• Conform to established program budget(s), monitor expenditures, and provide assistance for budget development and cost control activities
• Maintain accurate records of inventory; and resolve discrepancies when they occur
• Assist in preparation of reports and other evaluation methods Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience working in Coffee Shop or Restaurant, including lead experience and one (1) year of Customer Service experience
• Current Food Handlers Certification

Preferred

• High School diploma or GED
• State issued driver's license

The estimated pay range for this role is currently $17.50- $23.50/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
