The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing, particularly in a level 1 trauma setting, to provide high-quality patient care during critical situations. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency patients, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team. Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Emergency Room RN. At least 2 years of experience in a level 1 trauma center. Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (NJ-RN) License. Current American Heart Association BLS Certification. Current ACLS and PALS Certification from the American Heart Association. Why ARMStaffing?
