Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school district in Wilmington, DE. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with students, educators, and support staff to help create positive behavioral outcomes and supportive learning environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide behavioral consultation and support to teachers and staff
- Monitor student progress and analyze behavioral data
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school personnel
- Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting student success and behavioral growth
