Our client, a leading organization in building maintenance and facility management, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the overall safety, functionality, and appearance of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and changing HVAC filters to ensure optimal operation.

• Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore full water fixture functionality.

• Fix damaged electrical wiring caused by shorts or severed lines to maintain safety and compliance.

• Paint the building when paint fades or chips to uphold a professional and welcoming environment.

• Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good condition to support efficient work processes.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform basic maintenance and repair tasks with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational skills to keep tools and work areas tidy and functional.

• Good communication skills to notify management of parts and repair needs.

• Attention to detail when conducting inspections and updating work orders.

• Adherence to workplace health and safety standards at all times.
