As an Agent Team Member, you will receive 401K Hourly pay plus commission/bonus Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Flexible hours Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the agency RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. People-oriented.
