We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Starling Chevrolet - St. Cloud in St. Cloud, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budgets.


• Provide detailed information about vehicle features and financing options.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.


• Stay updated on new products, incentives, and dealership promotions.


• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

  Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.



• 
  

  Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology



• 
  

  Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.



• 
  

  Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.



• 
  

  Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations



• 
  

  Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is required.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.


• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.


• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

  Clean driving record. FL driver's license.
