Responsibilities: • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Tech savvy • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Compensation: $105,000 - $115,000
