Location: Millburn, NJ (100% In-Office)

Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour

About the Role: Our client, a well-established law firm in Millburn, NJ, is seeking an energetic, organized, and empathetic Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is the face and voice of the firm, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping people.

You will manage client onboarding, handle inbound communications, and support legal matters across real estate law and litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Intake: Manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy; screen potential clients and input data.
• Administrative Support: Open, maintain, and organize digital and physical client files; handle mail, filing, and scheduling.
• Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email in both English and Spanish.
• Firm Support: Assist with office management functions and provide light support for firm marketing/social media efforts.

Qualifications:

• Language: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required .
• Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or office support role (Law firm experience is a plus, but not required).
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Traits: Strong multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
