Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring safety, and promoting wellness in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, providing timely and accurate updates to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.

Qualifications

Current, valid RN license to practice in the state.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be beneficial.

Working Conditions

The role may involve working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ongoing professional education will be encouraged to ensure that all team members stay current with best practices in nursing care.

Orientation Information

Orientation sessions will be conducted every Tuesday, providing an opportunity to onboard with our team and familiarize yourself with our operations and protocols.
