Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility. This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations and helping maintain a safe, clean, and properly functioning environment for residents and staff.

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance and repair needs throughout the facility
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Coordinate work orders and prioritize maintenance tasks
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility regulations
• Support and supervise maintenance staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• General knowledge of building systems, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
