Role Overview The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC). This is a chronic, in-center position that would cover our peninsula locations, working any day Monday - Saturday. Responsibilities Provide education to patients. Supervise Dialysis Technicians. Adjust treatment plans per standing orders and care plans. Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications. Participate in quality improvement projects. Collaborate with other members of the patient care team (social worker, dietitians, and nephrologist). Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license. Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association. Minimum 1 year nursing experience, with prior dialysis experience required. Preferably prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing. Location & Hours Must be able to work at any PSKC clinic located on the peninsula (Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend). Must be able to work any shift (AM/PM) schedule depending upon staffing needs. Shift 10-13 hour shifts AM & PM. Certifications General: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ATT. Nursing: CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, STABLE, ASLS. Dialysis: CCHT, BOENT. #J-18808-Ljbffr
