About the Role The ideal candidate will be responsible for new hire orientation and onboarding, employee exit and offboarding, and health and welfare benefits. The HR Generalist will collaborate with management on employee recruitment postings and related recruiting activities; therefore, strong collaborative and relational skills with our management team are necessary for this role. In addition, the HR Generalist will assist with timekeeping and payroll-related activities necessary for weekly payroll processing. Responsibilities Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding activities, and employee offboarding processes. Collaborate with the management team to create job postings and support recruitment activities. Assist with timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration. Coordinate employee engagement programs and events. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources preferred. Candidates with equivalent professional experience may also be considered. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Human Resources with at least 3 years of experience working in benefits administration, preferably with self-funded plans. SHRM-CP or PHR preferred Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications. Daily use of MS Excel with ability to create new spreadsheets and formulas required. Will use MS Teams and Outlook to communicate with relevant stakeholders. Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS/payroll systems such as UKG Prior experience working for a multi-state employer is a plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
