Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to oversee residential and light commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate is a licensed electrician with strong leadership skills, the ability to manage job sites, and a commitment to high-quality, code-compliant work. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes, and safety standards Coordinate project timelines, materials, and inspections Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and management Qualifications Journeyman or Master Electrician license (state-appropriate) 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and ladders Compensation & Benefits Up to $40/hour, depending on experience and licensing Overtime opportunities Company vehicle (if applicable) Health insurance, PTO, and paid holidays Advancement opportunities within a growing company How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience.
