Job Description Location: St. Louis Full/Part Time: Part-Time For over 40 years, the UMSL Center for Behavioral Health (CBH) has delivered high-quality, accessible mental health services to the St. Louis region. You will contribute to high-impact, grant-funded initiatives that provide no-cost comprehensive psychological evaluations-ensuring every child and family in the St. Louis region has a path toward clarity, support and long-term success. Your Impact & Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults including: Selecting, administering, scoring, and interpreting a range of psychometric instruments (cognitive, achievement, personality, and behavioral measures) Formulating accurate diagnoses based on assessment data and clinical interviews Seeking additional collateral information when appropriate (i.e. requesting records, interviewing therapists, teachers, etc.) Preparing integrated, high-quality reports with clear, actionable recommendations Providing feedback sessions that offer families insight, direction, and a roadmap forward Support development in assessment, clinical reasoning, and professional identity Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations Meet productivity expectations supported by strong administrative infrastructure and a steady referral network Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards Represent CBH as a thought leader in behavioral health and advocate for access to care You'll Be a Great Fit If You: Are deeply committed to mental health equity and access to care Bring strong clinical judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Value trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches Enjoy mentoring and developing future clinicians Thrive in a collaborative, mission-focused setting Approach your work with organization, compassion, and professionalism Why Join Us? Shift Flexible-clinic open Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. each week. Minimum Qualifications Doctorate degree in Psychology and licensure (or eligibility to be licensed) as a Psychologist within the State of Missouri. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychological assessment Experience conducting evaluations with children and/or adolescents Strong skills in test selection, report writing, and feedback delivery Experience in clinical supervision and a passion for mentorship Anticipated Hiring Range $60,944.00-$86,632.00 Grade: GGS-011 University Title: PSYCHOLOGIST Internal applicants can determine their University title by accessing the Talent Profile tile in myHR.
