Warehouse Worker Opportunity

American Lumper Services is a growing national warehouse management company currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Conyers, GA, for manual container loading and unloading tasks. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, sorting retail merchandise by store number, as well as packing, wrapping, and preparing pallets for dispatch. Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred; training is provided. Apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping)
• Receive and process products from the warehouse inventory (selecting, unloading, labeling, storing, dismantling containers/totes)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and optimize space usage
• Report any discrepancies
• Effective communication skills, including written, oral, and active listening
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills
• Comply with service quality standards as well as procedures, rules, and regulations
• Perform other assigned tasks

Schedule:

6am to 2:30PM. Must be available to work weekends.

Pay Rate:

$19.00 per hour

Benefits:

• Health insurance: after 30 days
• Paid time off (PTO): accrual starts on day one, but cannot be used until day 90
• 401(k) plan: after 180 days (6 months)

Requirements:

• Must undergo background check
• Must pass drug screening
• Must possess basic reading and math skills
• Must have attention to detail
• Must be able to lift more than 25 pounds consistently
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl frequently
• Steel toe shoes required
• Must perform other tasks as assigned
• Must have reliable transportation
