Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on manufacturing, industrial, or engineering organizations.\nDemonstrated success recruiting Director-level, VP-level, and executive leadership talent.\nProven ability to independently manage complex searches from intake through hire.\nStrong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and hiring stakeholders.\nExperience conducting executive-level interviews, assessments, reference checks, and candidate evaluations.\nAdvanced sourcing skills including Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, referrals, and direct outreach.\nStrong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and talent acquisition strategies.\nExperience utilizing ATS platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office tools.\nExcellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.\nStrong project management and organizational abilities with experience managing multiple concurrent searches.\nAbility to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\nWillingness to travel as needed.

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join Ideal Tridon's growing Talent Acquisition team. This individual will serve as the organization's executive recruiting subject matter expert, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for Director, Vice President, and other senior leadership positions across the company's three divisions:\n\nHose Clamps Division\nConnectors Division\nStraps Division\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing global manufacturing organization that is expanding its leadership teams and investing heavily in talent acquisition. The Executive Recruiter will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and executive stakeholders to develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives while reducing reliance on external search firms.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a highly consultative recruiter with significant experience identifying, attracting, and hiring executive-level talent within manufacturing or industrial environments. This individual must be comfortable working independently, building relationships across the organization, and becoming deeply embedded in the business through facility visits, leadership engagement, and market intelligence.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the full lifecycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance for executive, leadership, and professional-level positions.\nLead executive searches for Director, Vice President, and other senior leadership roles across multiple business units.\nPartner with hiring leaders to understand organizational needs and develop customized search strategies.\nConduct talent mapping, competitive market research, and succession-focused pipeline development.\nSource and engage candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, professional associations, industry events, and other recruiting channels.\nEvaluate candidates through behavioral, competency-based, and executive-level assessment techniques.\nPresent qualified candidates and provide consultative guidance regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring risks.\nBuild and maintain pipelines of leadership talent for future organizational growth.\nRepresent the organization at networking events, industry conferences, job fairs, and professional associations.\nDevelop strong relationships with plant leadership, operational stakeholders, and executive teams across the business.\nAnalyze recruiting metrics and provide regular pipeline, search status, and market intelligence reporting to leadership.\nSupport offer development and executive-level negotiations in partnership with HR leadership.\nTravel to manufacturing facilities and business locations as needed to strengthen partnerships and hiring effectiveness.\nStay informed on manufacturing industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in executive recruiting.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat Makes Someone Successful in this Role?\nThrives in a hands-on and highly visible recruiting environment.\nComfortable serving as a strategic talent advisor rather than simply processing requisitions.\nBuilds credibility with executives and hiring leaders.\nTakes initiative and operates with minimal oversight.\nEnjoys learning manufacturing operations and spending time in facilities with business leaders.
