Position: Administrator Location: San Antonio, TX, 78264 Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Job Description: Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to, the following: Schedule management, expense reports, travel arrangements, visitor planning, preparation of operating budget, maintain budget/accruals Support departmental Operating and Capital Budget activities including budget tracking, cost reports, schedule reports, monthly accruals Purchase and manual pay requisitions (capital and operating) Open PO report Match exception reports Daily clerical duties to support staff members (mail, office supplies, visual management boards, conference room setup) Support the scheduling, planning, preparation, etc. of weekly construction meetings and functions Monthly data entry activities including Ariba Training Records, KPI data, etc. Maintenance of organization chart Requirements: Microsoft Office Proficiency Test passed (Focus on Excel, PPT, Word) Event Planning 2 year associates degree Budgeting experience Schedule management TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity. #J-18808-Ljbffr TekWissen LLC
