Position Description: RN
BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Neuro PCU team at St. Joseph's Hospital. As part of the community since 1934, St. Joseph's Hospital has been a partner for continued health and wellness. The Neuro PCU unit consists of neuro medical and neuro surgical patients. Come be a part of a comprehensive stroke unit that takes pride in delivering optimal care.
The RN responsibilities include:
- Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Professional accountability and development.
- Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications
Certifications and Licensures:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
- RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
- ACLS Certification, if required by department
- Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
Education:
- Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
- Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred
Experience:
- 2 years of RN experience is required.
