Labor & Employment AttorneySeeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 1+ years of experience to handle California employment litigation and PAGA/class action defense.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage employment litigation matters from inception through settlement, trial, arbitration, and appeal.Handle discovery, pleadings, motions, depositions, court hearings, and federal court matters.Defend employers against PAGA, class actions, FEHA, labor code, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.Lead workplace investigations and develop effective case strategies for client defense.Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients to reduce employment-related risks.Qualifications:1+ years of dedicated Labor & Employment law experience required.Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.Experience representing employers in California and federal employment matters.Strong legal writing, analytical, issue-spotting, and advocacy skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary range: $145,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience and expertise.Performance-based bonus opportunities available.Hybrid/remote work flexibility from San Juan Capistrano, CA.401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance benefits.Paid time off and strong work-life balance with 1900 annual billable hour target.
