Morales Group is looking for an energetic and driven On-Site Account Manager to join our team in Jeffersonville, IN! In this exciting, fast-paced role, you’ll serve as the key connection between Morales Group, our client, and our teammates — helping create a positive workforce experience while driving performance, retention, safety, and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between Morales Group, the client, and contingent teammates
• Manage daily staffing operations, onboarding, attendance, performance, and employee relations
• Build strong partnerships with client leadership to support workforce planning and operational success
• Drive teammate engagement, retention, safety, and compliance initiatives
• Coordinate payroll, reporting, audits, and workforce documentation with accuracy and urgency
• Partner with recruiting, operations, and safety teams to ensure seamless service delivery
