Technical Accounting Manager

TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Hybrid) The Technical Accounting Manager will coordinate and manage the company's financial reporting, revenue recognition, general ledger accounting, equity accounting for stock options, GAAP research, and metrics analysis. Responsibilities Conduct public accounting audit work with strong GAAP knowledge. Prepare and consolidate financial statements; conduct revenue recognition (ASC 606) and percentage‑of‑completion accounting. Lead the preparation of technical memoranda and advise on ASC 606 implementation. Manage equity accounting, shareholder equity reporting, and ASC 718 stock‑based compensation. Perform derivative/hedge accounting and other investment accounting. Prepare international financial statements, consolidations, and analyses. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external audits. Support SEC filings and disclosures related to new contracts. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience, including public accounting at a large national CPA firm. Degree required; CPA preferred. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience with ASC 606, ASC 718, and related revenue and equity accounting.
