Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Services Job Type: Full-time | Nights Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 available to well qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12, Nights (7p-7a), Rotating Weekends and Holidays Responsibilities Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs. Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient. Qualifications Current Arizona RN license. Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred. 1+ years ED or critical care experience preferred.
