This role is accountable for translating enterprise growth strategies into market-specific marketing plans that drive enrollment, strengthen broker relationships, and improve business performance across multiple geographic markets. This role oversees a team providing leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure consistent execution of high-impact marketing programs. This leader drives strategic planning, marketing investment decisions, performance optimization, and cross-functional alignment while influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
