We are seeking a proactive, organized, and warm Family Assistant to support a busy household. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage family calendars, scheduling, and appointments
- Coordinate school schedules, activities, and transportation
- Run errands, handle shopping, and oversee household inventory
- Assist with travel planning, including itineraries and logistics
- Support light household management, including vendor coordination and home organization
- Provide occasional childcare support as needed
- Ensure seamless day-to-day household operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Family Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar support role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
