Physician: Pediatric Hospitalist – Huntley, IL The salary range for this position is $215,000.00 – $265,000.00 annually. Description Northwestern Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Hospitalist to join our well‑established inpatient pediatrics program at Northwestern Medicine Huntley Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to manage a wide range of pediatric conditions within a supportive, collaborative hospital environment. The ideal candidate is patient‑centered, adaptable, and committed to advancing pediatric care within our growing health system. Provide inpatient pediatric and newborn hospitalist care Work a 7‑day on, 7‑day off schedule to support work‑life balance Manage acute pediatric conditions and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams Collaborate closely with nursing, case management, emergency medicine, and specialty services Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams Maintain hospital privileges at NM Huntley, McHenry, and Woodstock Hospitals Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program development Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
