Project Manager

Project Leadership & Execution

Lead large and complex projects from preconstruction through completion.

Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and overall project delivery.

Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

Drive coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Client & Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Lead client meetings, presentations, and project updates.

Financial Management

Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.

Oversee contracts, change orders, and billing processes.

Ensure profitability and identify potential risks early.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.

Partner closely with Superintendents to align project execution.

Foster collaboration across field and office teams.

Preconstruction Collaboration

Support early-phase estimating, value engineering, and design coordination.

Contribute to project pursuit strategies and proposal development.

The Successful Applicant

8-15+ years of construction project management experience.

Strong background in commercial, industrial, healthcare, or institutional construction.

Experience managing projects in the $20M-$100M+ range.

Proven track record delivering projects from start to finish.

Experience with design-build or negotiated work preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

What's on Offer

Base Salary: $130,000 - $155,000

Total Compensation: $150,000 - $195,000+

Bonus: 15-25% performance-based

Vehicle: Allowance or company vehicle + fuel card
