Job Title: Warehouse Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

This role focuses on performing accurate and timely data entry in a warehouse setting while supporting a range of administrative and operational tasks. You will use your strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, to enter, organize, and manage data that supports daily business operations. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and in a timely manner into company systems to support warehouse and business operations.
• Use Microsoft Excel to input, organize, analyze, and maintain data for reporting and tracking purposes.
• Support various administrative and operational tasks as needed based on business priorities.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
• Learn and adapt to company-specific processes, systems, and procedures to perform daily tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and overall business support.
• Assist with quoting and other quality-related data entry or documentation tasks as required.

Essential Skills

• Previous data entry experience in an office, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including entering, organizing, and managing data.
• Solid computer skills with the ability to work confidently with various applications and systems.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills and responsibilities.
• Strong commitment to maintaining data integrity and supporting quality standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with quoting or pricing data is an advantage.
• Experience in quality-related documentation or data entry is beneficial.
• Comfort working in a warehouse-based office environment.
• Willingness to adapt to new processes, systems, and technologies as the business evolves.

Work Environment

The role is based in an air-conditioned warehouse office environment where you will be seated for most of the day while performing computer-based tasks. You will work closely with a team in a fast-paced setting that relies on accurate and timely data entry. Standard business hours apply, with the added benefit of having every other Friday off, supporting a balanced and consistent work schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Melbourne, FL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
