Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and you are proud to be part of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work each day. Your Responsibilities You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends‑first mindset. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making suggestions to fit their needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You are flexible between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy. You are a team player and always willing to help your colleagues get the job done. You act with integrity, doing the right thing and adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people. You have full energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
