Adelphi is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide on-site school-based physical therapy services to students with disabilities at a school in Maryland. The ideal candidate will support K–12 students and/or Infant & Toddler populations with gross motor, mobility, positioning, accessibility, and functional movement needs.

Requirements:
- Active Maryland Physical Therapist license
- School-based pediatric PT experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs and school-based service delivery
Responsibilities:
- Conduct PT evaluations and re-evaluations, including written reports and IEP goal support
- Provide direct individual and/or group PT services aligned with IEP goals
- Support gross motor development, mobility, postural stability, strength, and endurance
- Consult with school teams regarding positioning, accessibility, and adaptive equipment
- Assess and recommend assistive technology, wheelchairs, walkers, orthotics, and mobility devices
- Provide push-in and pull-out services as determined by the IEP team
- Any other duties as assigned within scope
