Information System Security Officer - Special Access Programs (SAP)

Description Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) is hiring a classified Cybersecurity Analyst to secure lifesaving products and critical state‑of‑the‑art engineering and manufacturing systems. The analyst will partner with the security team, program, and government customers in King of Prussia, PA to perform Special Access Programs (SAP) Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) duties. Responsibilities Perform system security validations with 100% accuracy, verifying baselines and security configurations. Maintain 100% active accreditation status of all Authorization To Operate (ATO) packages and complete 100% Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) objectives. Effectively communicate with leadership to ensure awareness of progress of deliverables. Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events; document compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to address non‑compliance. Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices outlined in the security plan. Evaluate proposed changes or additions to the information system and advise the ISSM of their security relevance. Ensure configuration management for security‑relevant information systems software, hardware, and firmware is maintained and documented. Communicate, implement and manage a formal Information Security / Information Systems Security Program together with ISSM and Program Security. Basic Qualifications Must possess a DoD 8140/8570 IAM/IAT or IASAE Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISSP‑ISSAP, or CISSP‑ISSEP). Information systems auditing experience. Hands‑on experience with industry‑standard information assurance tools. Experience with developing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF artifacts. Desired Skills Demonstrated technical experience in Windows and Linux‑based operating systems and command line. In‑depth experience in system hardening, analysis, and vulnerability management. Previous experience working with system accreditation requirements and NIST 800‑53 (DAAPM/JSIG) RMF implementation. Experience implementing complex technologies within large environments. Experience setting up or using Splunk. Experience implementing or validating Secure Technical Implementation Guidance (STIGs). Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
