About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with a focus on tech transactions and intellectual property. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of legal work in this area, including the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex agreements. This role involves providing strategic legal advice on technology-related matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal risks associated with technology procurement and licensing. The Senior Legal Counsel will also be expected to advise on intellectual property strategies and the protection of proprietary technologies, as well as to stay abreast of industry trends and legal developments in the technology and financial services sectors.
