Infrastructure Program ManagerTitle: Infrastructure Program ManagerLocation: Seattle, WA / St. Louis, MODuration: FulltimeJob Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:Lead Infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and system integrations across multiple organizationsDeveloped project plans, upgrade schedules, milestones, and dependenciesEnsured compliance with security, legal, and regulatory requirementsProduced and presented Infrastructure MetricsDrove adoption, governance, and best practices across the organizationIdentified and resolved operational, security, and compliance risksEnsured data privacy, retention policies, and audit readinessData center modernization activitiesHandled Cloud migrations (Azure/AWS)On-time infrastructure deliveryHandled Network or Infrastructure upgradesDisaster recovery & backup implementationParticipated in cost optimization in infrastructure deliveriesProjects Agile / Waterfall deliveryGood to have:Experience in Docusign enterprise rollout & governance programsResponsibilities:Manage end-to-end infrastructure and enterprise platform projectsManage Infrastructure upgrades, Patches, Decommissions and New deploymentsManage Docusign onboardings for Docusign customers (Requirement analysis to deployments to end user support)Lead Infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and system integrations across multiple organizationsDevelop project plans, upgrade schedules, milestones, and dependenciesMaintain compliance with security, legal, and regulatory requirementsProduce and present project Milestones and Infrastructure MetricsDrive adoption, governance, and best practices across the organizationIdentify and resolve operational, security, and compliance risksApplication modernization activitiesHandle Cloud migrations (Azure/AWS)On-time infrastructure deliveryDisaster recovery & backup implementationParticipate in cost optimization in infrastructure deliveriesAdhere to Projects Agile / Waterfall deliveryDocusign enterprise analyst responsibilities that include requirement gathering to onboard Docusign customers and assist till end to end onboarding.Collaboration with compliance, IT security, and business stakeholders
