Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with K-12 student populations in school settings
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and developing educational and behavioral interventions
• Comfortable providing both direct and consultative services for students, staff, and families
• Ability to interpret and present evaluation data in team meetings
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with IEP/504 planning and special education regulations

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments for students, and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, providing expertise on student needs and evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster positive student outcomes
• Support crisis intervention, behavioral management, and preventive mental health programming within the school
• Provide individual and group counseling to address students’ emotional and social concerns
• Serve as an advocate for students, promoting a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
