License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed. No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years. No major moving violations within the last 3 years. No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.PROFESSIONALISM: Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.COMPLIANCE: Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift.Tolerance for inclement weather.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time.Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
