Automotive Technician

Are you an experienced automotive technician with Volvo repair experience and looking for a modern, technology-driven shop? Do you want to live and work in a very safe town and comfortable setting with an A/C cooled work area in the Summertime? Do you like to have flexible work hours and a good work-life balance? If so, join our team at our highly reputable auto repair shop in Oxford MA specializing in Volvo vehicles for over 18 years. Our shop offers an exceptional working environment just 15 minutes from Worcester MA. With state-of-the-art equipment, including factory diagnostic and programming tools for Volvo and a strong focus on a flexible and friendly work culture, we want our employees to be comfortable, productive and happy.

Attractive Compensation: Guaranteed hourly pay with production bonus: No Flat Rate!
Relocation assistance if needed
Brand new facility: 8 bays with seven lifts, heated in the Summer and AC cooled in the Summer.
Flexibility: Choose between 4-day, 10-hour schedule or a traditional 5-day, 8-hour week: No weekends!
State of the Art Shop: Work with VEDA factory scan and programming tools.

Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge: Experience with repairing Volvo cars. Diagnostic experience is a big plus!
Team Player: Able to work and collaborate with other technicians and service advisor team
Experience: A proven track record at a Volvo dealership or independent shop that repairs Volvo
Valid Driver's License with no more than 1 minor infraction
