Drive Thru Specialist

Pay Full-time: Starting at up to $16/hr, depending on availability and position. High School 16-17 years: $8.50-$12 per hour. 18+ years: up to $14 per hour. Full-time with open availability: up to $16 per hour. Position Type Full-Time (Mon-Sat availability / 5 day work week / 35+ hour min) – 5:30am to 2:00pm, 2:00pm– end of day clean up. Part-Time – varied hours per shift, varied days per week, based on need and availability. Must be comfortable working outside, if needed. Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad. Must be comfortable training and working in various parts of the Front of House. Ability to multitask. Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace. Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic. Positive attitude. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Customer Service-Oriented. Responsibilities Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality. Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive-thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected. Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality. Operating the POS at the drive-thru. Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer. Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive-thru. Learn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and window. Checking for product quality and consistency. Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures. Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items. Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate.
