Family Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth & Clinic Leader

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced clinic and telehealth setting in Kentucky. You will lead clinic staff, assess patients, and develop treatment plans while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and practice standards. Applicant should have an MSN, an active FNP license with DEA, and 1–2 years in urgent care or similar settings; DOT certification must be obtained within 120 days if required.
