Web Analytics/Digital Reporting AnalystCreating and maintaining customized dashboards/reports in our analytics (GA and Data Studio) and BI systems (Tableau)Building foundational dashboards and reports for ongoing use to review core web performance KPIs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearlyCreating PowerPoint presentations to provide actionable and compelling insights to stakeholders that are easy to understand and have demonstrable resultsIdentifying anomalies in web performance and uncovering causesAssist in standardization and templatization of Data Studio Dashboards for internal useUnderstanding the behavior and expectations of online visitorsUsing a variety of tools to extract and analyze data generated by online user activityCreating and maintaining detailed documentation of scripts, datasets, analytics events, variables, segments, etc.Working across teams to design custom segments based on historical qualitative and quantitative data that can be used to enhance our reportingApplying comprehensive views of online consumer behaviors through quantitative (online), and qualitative (voice of customer, usability, etc.) metrics to support stakeholders3-5 years of relevant experienceStrong quantitative analytical capabilities and problem-solving skillsExcellent English skills (communication and writing)Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insightsIn-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Data Studio requiredExperience in TableauStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, lookups, etc.Strong proficiency in visualizing data in PowerPoint for a variety of audiencesStay abreast of new features/developments for additional data gathering opportunitiesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyCurious and passion for learningAbility to work effectively with different teams in marketing, creative, technical, etc. in a fast-paced environment, under deadlines
