Expert Client Advisor, Watches & Jewelry - Valley Fair

Summary Expert Client Advisor specializing in Watches & Jewelry responsible for driving the category business and delivering exceptional client experiences at Valley Fair. Serves as the in-store product specialist and sales leader, supporting the team through training, briefings, and one-on-one coaching. Manages a personal client portfolio while promoting new launches and fostering long-term client development. Responsibilities Act as the go-to product expert for Watches & Jewelry and lead category initiatives in store. Drive sales for the Watch & Jewelry category and manage a personal client portfolio. Deliver product training, support new product launches, and communicate corporate strategy to the team. Coach colleagues through morning briefings, trainings, 1:1 coaching and observation of the selling ceremony. Demonstrate outstanding clienteling and storytelling to build and maintain client relationships. Requirements Passion for luxury watches and jewelry and strong product knowledge in the category. Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills with a proven record of sales performance. Experience in client development and luxury retail sales, with the ability to coach and train peers.
