Project Details Client: Blue Origin Project: Launch Pad Rebuild Efforts (All Positions Onsite) Location: Cape Canaveral, FL Start: ASAP Duration: Approximately 4 months Schedule: June 15, 2026 – October 15, 2026, with potential to extend into November 2026 Work Schedule: 12-hour days, 4 days on / 4 days off Travel and Compensation Candidates may come from any US location Lodging and travel costs to and from site will be covered Paid travel home built into the rotation (assumes every other 4-day break) Employees will be paid for hours worked Additional travel frequency/details to be discussed Eligibility US Citizenship or legal residency required Must be able to pass a background screen Must be available for full onsite deployment (no remote or hybrid options) Job Description This is a leadership role in Construction Quality Management. The selected candidate will serve as a fully embedded member of the Owner’s Construction Management team, responsible for applying extensive quality management experience to support safe, timely delivery of assigned Line of Effort work. The project includes multiple workstreams ranging from structural restoration to complex piping, power, controls, and cryogenic liquid fuel systems. Team members will be assigned based on skillset and project needs. Additional Skills Required Demonstrated leadership in Safety and Quality Strong ability to lead by example while promoting ownership and accountability Ability to adapt to changing field conditions while maintaining schedule adherence Strong communication skills with ability to elevate issues appropriately Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred (relevant experience may be substituted) Demonstrated experience leading QA/QC programs on complex construction projects 15+ years of experience in Quality Management Strong background in large-scale structural steel, concrete, electrical systems, process utilities, instrumentation & controls Experience supporting commissioning activities preferred Assignment Requirement Candidate must be available for temporary assignment to the Cape Canaveral, FL area with full-time onsite presence beginning after June 15 but no later than July 15, 2026, and must be willing to remain through project completion (currently forecast for late October 2026). #J-18808-Ljbffr HKA Enterprises
