Locums Urology APP (NP or PA) Richland, WA (WA or IMLC) Why This Role WA or IMLC accepted NP or PA eligible Clinic + surgical first assist + call Board certified Multiple openings (2), long-term until perm hires - locums-to-perm potential Assignment Details Start/end: Starts November, ongoing until permanent providers are hired; full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p (or 7:30a-4:30p) with 1:4 call (overnight and weekend); weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend beeper call, 20-min response; assisting in surgeries at least one day/week Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call, inpatient and outpatient Volume: 22 patients/shift; 14 beds Setting: Level 2 trauma, stroke certified Support: 3 RNs, 9 MAs, 2 PA/NPs EMR: Epic Credentialing: 90 days Clinical Details Required scope: Outpatient urology clinic and surgical first assisting; assisting in surgeries at least one day per week Both outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience required Requirements Board certified NP or PA Outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience required License: WA or IMLC BLS Active DEA Compensation Rate caps apply per facility Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
