We're looking for a Delivery Quality Manager to help ensure every project meets our standards from start to finish. This is a critical office-based role responsible for monitoring job quality, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed, identifying issues before they become problems, and helping our delivery team operate like a well-oiled machine.

About the Role
As the Delivery Quality Manager, you'll oversee the quality of our job delivery process from an operational perspective. You'll review completed work, audit processes, monitor compliance with company SOPs, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with dispatchers, project coordinators, and field teams to maintain consistently high standards.
Success in this role means ensuring every job is completed correctly, every process is followed, and any issues are addressed quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress and quality of jobs throughout the delivery process.
  
• Ensure company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed.
  
• Audit completed jobs for quality, documentation, and process compliance.
  
• Identify operational issues and work proactively to prevent recurring problems.
  
• Coach and correct team members when procedures are not being followed.
  
• Collaborate closely with Dispatch, Production, Customer Service, and Management.
  
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to delivery quality.
  
• Recommend improvements that increase efficiency and consistency.
  
• Help ensure an exceptional customer experience on every project.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivery, dispatch, production coordination, or field operations.
  
• Experience in construction, home services, logistics, or a similar service-based industry.
  
• Experience working with SOPs, quality control, or operational audits.
  
• Comfortable using computer systems, CRMs, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
  
• Dispatching experience is highly desirable.
