What You’ll Do CEC is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support DEA HR operations by assisting with staffing, hiring, personnel processing, and benefits-related activities. Key Responsibilities Assist with staffing, hiring, and onboarding activities Support personnel action processing and HR case management Maintain and update HR records using automated systems Assist with benefits-related documentation Track HR actions and workflow status Respond to routine HR inquiries Requirements Associate’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred Four years of experience in Federal Human Resources or related staffing and hiring activities Basic knowledge of employment laws Experience using Federal HR and office systems (NFC, eOPF, MS Office Suite, USA Staffing, EmpowerHR, eQIP) Strong attention to detail What We Offer Competitive benefits package Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) CEC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
