Server Pay Rate: $2.13 + TipsRed Robin servers also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage). Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips.
