Role Summary:

At Layne's, we set the bar high-and keep raising it. Our Shift Managers lead by example, coach in the moment, and

bring energy and fun to every shift. Your mission: deliver hot food fast, provide exceptional guest service, and help create

a "Perfect Every Time" experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support team members during shifts
• Be proficient in all hourly roles and POS functions
• Manage labor and maintain operational awareness
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are met
• Use checklists and tools to run a smooth, consistent shift
• Handle guest interactions with positivity and professionalism
• Complete shift paperwork and hold the team accountable
• Promote a fun, team-first culture

Required Qualifications:
• 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and pride in delivering excellence
• Ability to coach and teach others

Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of fast-food or shift leadership experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible availability
