RN Case Management

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN Case Management professional for a travel assignment in Alexandria, LA. This role involves working in a hospital environment, managing a varied caseload within the patient care framework. Utilize your case management skills in a supportive and communicative setting.

Key responsibilities of the RN Case Management include:

  • Interview patients and families to understand their needs
  • Conduct MDRs on each unit, every day
  • Perform InterQual reviews on every patient
  • Manage Observation reviews and DPEs
  • Develop and implement discharge planning

Requirements of the RN Case Management include:

  • Case Management experience
  • Proficiency in Midas/InterQual systems
  • Licensed Masters
