Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Piscataway, NJ. The specialist will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demos, and manage the sales pipeline for ThinkFlowAI’s solutions across multiple customer segments. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing outreach campaigns, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with marketing to develop targeted messaging and collateral. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, responding to product inquiries, and ensuring a smooth handoff from prospecting to onboarding. The specialist will also track performance metrics, provide feedback on market trends and customer needs, and support training sessions or workshops to help clients understand and adopt AI‑driven tools. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to engage prospects, understand client needs, and build long‑term relationships. Proven experience in sales and sales management, including pipeline management, closing deals, and working with sales targets or KPIs. Ability to deliver training and product walkthroughs, explaining technical or AI concepts in clear, accessible language. Familiarity with marketing activities such as campaign support, content input, and collaboration on go‑to‑market initiatives. Experience in B2B technology or SaaS environments; AI or software sales experience is highly beneficial. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with comfort using CRM tools and basic sales or marketing analytics. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
