Opportunity Details This is a first shift opportunity and hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm . Starting pay ranges from $22.50 to $25.00 per hour depending on your role. After completing a 90-day new hire period, you move into our pay‑for‑skills structure, where your pay grows as you grow. Team Member 1 rates range from $25.00 to $29.00 per hour , with additional pay increases available as you continue to build skills and advance to Team Member 2. Team Members who take on Team Leader responsibilities earn an additional $3.00 per hour premium. Advancement is based on demonstrated skills, continued growth, and readiness for the next level.
