In this role, you'll help build high-quality precast concrete products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while gaining valuable construction and manufacturing experience.

???? What You'll Do

As a Concrete Laborer, you'll be involved in various stages of the precast concrete production process, including:

Trowel

Concrete finishing

Assisting with concrete pours

Performing basic concrete finishing using trowels and hand tools

Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Tying rebar for concrete reinforcement

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

Working as part of a team while also handling individual responsibilities

???? What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, or equipment operation
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting regularly
• Experience using common hand and power tools
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays when required
• Commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Precast concrete or concrete finishing experience
• Familiarity with construction tools such as:
  • Hammers
  • Utility knives
  • Speed squares
  • Adjustable wrenches
  • Tie wire pliers
  • Side cutters
  • Trowels

Schedule

• Typical start time: 11AM (work until finished; could be working up to 12 hours a day)
• Monday through Friday
• Overtime available
• Shift lengths may vary based on production demands

???? Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position requiring:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling
• Working with concrete, rebar, and construction materials
• Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
